Hifi Polyester identified that they had customers at all stages of their sales funnel - including clients of over 30 years - who weren’t aware of all the services offered beyond the one that they initially commissioned.
This was an exciting one for us because we knew that video could go a long way to helping solve this problem. We produced a short film that could be shown directly in client pitches, used in tradeshows and dropped into emails with previous clients, with two main desired outcomes: To educate the customer about HIFI’s specialities, and to show off HIFI’s meticulous facility, machinery and processes
